Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns / exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required for damage or missing-item claims.
- Earrings and nose pins cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
